Light-headidness

so ive been having spells of light-headedness for about 6 months. it comes and goes and theres no triggers. ive had various tests for various things - ecg's, chest x rays, holter monitors to teat for heart conditions. arious blood tests for various things, been to see an ent specialist who confirmed my balance functionality was perfect. the dr says theres no explanation. i find this bizarre as there must he something causing it. - anyone out there have these unexplained spells

    is it only when you stand up? how long does it last? any other symptoms? how old are you?

    Like you, the doctors sent me many tests, I have vertigo and panic attacks and the neurologist treats me with paroxetine.

    Vertigo can occur due to different causes, such as brain tumors, ear problems and even migraines.

    Identify if you have any other illness that may cause vertigo...
