Light itching on penis

Hello everyone
First of all well done to this forum for providing a great way for people to communicate.
To get straight to the point, I need to ask two simple questions. The first one is which doctor specialty is ideal/alright to choose for my case and the second one is your opinion, if there is any similar experience or thought, regarding my 'situation'. Male-30years old
About a month ago, I noticed that I had some slight itching on the skin of the penis. It was not on the whole length but only around the area of the tip. Not intense at all. I'm also uncircumcised so any itching that is 'felt' is above the skin. I may also feel some itching on the 'inside' part but on the tip in the real front part. It didn't persist and subsided the next few days so I didn't pay attention and thought maybe it's a hygiene thing, underwear reason or anxiety. Because I had a small pimple from an irritation after shaving the private area, which went away immediately. The last few days I've noticed that this itching came back again. I'm gonna check it with the doctor but I'm really curious what it might be/if it might be something at all. From what I see with my eyes trying to focus on the area, there's nothing wrong on my skin ( or inside the skin/tip ), there's nothing wrong on my urination proccess ( same about ejaculation ) there's no other symptom related. The only change that I had is the fact that I had sex without condom for a few seconds. Is it possible that I catched some infection?
So, my questions are, do I mainly go for dermatologist venereologist or urologist? Is it totally fine with both specialties?
Do you have any idea what it might be?
Sorry if my English isn't the best in describing the situation, it's just not my native language.
Thank you very much in advance!

urologist I suggest as there is no visible symptoms.
it is possible to catch something if u did it without a condom.... it's possible to catch something even with a condom, otherwise thighs and scrotum area as they are not covered.
I think this might be a uti ( unitary tract infection)
