light period and spotting for weeks ?

hiya

im terrified i cant sleep 😦

in 33 years old , i was diagnosed pcos when i was around 25 years old , ive heen use to my oeriods being late and bleeding for 5 /6 days , this month i was reasy for my late period and it was so light it was less then a teaspoon light ! red /brown for Bout 3 days and then eveyday its bene very pink and thin ? watery reds everytime i wipe for nearly 3 weeks now . ive never had this before i keep googling and crying when it comes up as cancer , and then leads me to jo cervical cancer peoples stories who have the cancer and the same thing happend to them , im so scared please someone help
