Light Therapy?

I recently went to an optometrist for a normal eye exam, and she had mentioned the possibility of light therapy for CFS. Has anyone tried this? She was suggesting a "Syntonics" treatment that was pretty expensive. For now I'm trying an app (PhotoSynt) that probably isn't as good as the office treatment she was suggesting, but is MUCH cheaper. Anyone know anything about this?

I tried UVB radiation. Please find it on utube. It explains it all. And like Lori, i wish i lived closer and it wasnt so expensive. Only did one session. The ultraviolet light apparently kills viruses, bacteria or anything not supposed to be in the blood. Good luck.
