Hello All, I recently went to my optometrist for a normal exam, and she had mentioned that light therapy/Syntonics might help with my CFS/Fibromyalgia. What she was suggesting was pretty expensive, so for now I'm trying it with an app (PhotoSynt) to see if it seems to help, and if it does I might try the in-office treatment. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

I have never heard of it , but I will be interested to see what you think after trying the app or the office treatment
