LIGHTHEADED 24/7 FOR 7 YEARS!!

So here is my back story. almost 7 years ago i was going through a stressful time. Then i woke up one day feeling lightheaded and had a terrible headache. Went to the ER and everything was fine. Assumed it was sinus related. So i went and got some sudafed and it seemed to get better. Fast forward some months later and i started to be lightheaded again.. sudafed did nothing this time. Now it has been 7 years and i wake up lightheaded qnd go to bed lightheaded. Its exhausting. It has taken my life from me. i cant work. i cant drive. i can rarely leave my house. I have had blood work, scans, seen specialists and doctors.. None of which can tell me what is wrong. I am utterly exhausted at this point. Most days i lay in my bed praying for peace.. even if that means death.

    please stay strong. I am 18 months in with daily balance issues whether i feel like i am on a trampoline or a boat and it is debilitating I cant even begin to imagine 7 years. I dont have any answers i just didnt want to scroll without sending you a big hug and telling you youre not alone and please stay strong 
