    Hey there,

Sorry you had to go through that. Hope you feel well soon.

Have you had any blood tests lately? This could be due to nutritional deficiencies; vitamin d, vitamin b12...etc though more specifically it could be vitamin B12, since dizziness and lightheadedness are classic manifestations of B12 deficiency. Generally, if your serum levels are below 550pg/ml of B12, then you’re deficient. You might want to get that checked out and make sure your levels are within optimal range before considering anything else.

Low sugar level can cause the same symptoms.

It probably has a lot to do with your sinuses. Therefore, I suggest a visit with an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) specialist. Good luck!

    Hi,

I've suffered with dizziness/motion sickness/vertigo off and on for most of my life. Sometimes it would disappear for long periods but it would return. I was  just diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I haven't started treatment yet but I am hopeful. If nothing else comes up, please check this out with a good neurologist and if he/she isn't familiar with this, please find someone who is. I've wasted too many years getting nowhere. You do not necessarily get a headache with this type of migraine. But you do get dizzy. I sure hope that helps. I know how awful it is to feel so much dizziness.

    Best wishes!

Thanks for your message. My head is more lightheaded- weightless than dizziness, I don't feel dizzy just very lightheaded.

Wish you the best of lucksmile

As a lot of people already mentioned, it can be anything really, but the reason why I said B12 is because it’s very likely that it could be one of the reasons, and doctors rarely test you fo that. I wanted you to make sure it’s not that before jumping on pharmaceutical drugs.
