lightheaded and dizzy could someone please help me thank you

i been lightheaded and dizzy for 3 days now and its very uncomfortable i called my doctor and ahe said if it goes on for a week to go to the hospital and this just came out of the blue 3 days ago if i can get any feedback on this it would be greatly appreciated im only 27 years old and i think im fairly healthy bit i dont know why this just came out of the blue like this can someonr please help thank tou very much

    You need to get your ears checked to rule out an inner ear problem. Also, check blood pressure, iron levels etc. It could be any number of things. Insist on seeing a doctor.

    BP might be elevated from the anxiety anyways. Weather affects mine. Therapist told me mold can set it off. Mold was a big problem around here in spring cause of a very mild winter. Also what deb said. Could be a ear infection. Telling you to go to the hospital tho. Last time I went to the hospital for a minor thing cost me 4 months pay and they did nothing. Told me to follow up with my primary.

    Have blood work done to rule out anything related to your heart, it's annoying and scaring but for me I have had it for more than a year now, gone to many hospitals, done many tests to no success. Was prescribed betaserc, after cinnarizine and none has offered a solution.

    I still hope and pray i will get better
