Lightheaded and tension in upper body when sitting IN A CHAIR

i dont know whats going on but for the last month, sitting in chairs in school and even at my house has caused me to feel these really strange symptoms. When i sit, i feel these sensations in my head, neck and shoulders. Sometimes my neck and shoulders tense up. Today during my class, i was sitting on the computer and i suddenly got super light headed and felt like i was gonna fall to my left. I also hear whooshing in my ears when i sit. Everything is relieved when I stand up and walk around. I have no dizziness upon movement.

Also, theres times where im standing still and the ground beneath me seems to be moving. Anyone get these shmptoms? Ive had a CT scan which is clear. ENT said its nothing inner ear. Im scheduled for an MRI friday
