Lightheaded, brain fog, pressure in head and eyes

Hello, I am in need of some help. I have been for over a month now feeling lightheaded, fatigued, pressure in my head and eyes and a little dizzy.. I have a headache that moves from one side of my head then to the other off and on through the day and by evening it turns into a painful migraine. I have had migraines for years but not every day and it doesn't feel like this. Its becoming hard to function. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Could be vestibular migraines which make you dizzy. They make you feel horrible and dizzy.

Thank you for your reply. I don't really have a lot of dizziness or vertigo mainly pressure in my head, fatigue and lightheaded along with the pain. I don't know what to do or how to make it stop without taking triptans every day which I'm not supposed to do.

A change in diet usually. Look up migraine diets online 😃 also meds like low dose antidepressants in some cases. And excersize as well

Hi Joyous,
I have been getting migraines for years and have been to the doctor about them. I just haven't gotten them every day and this feels different. I also take zomig when I get them. Usually when I get a migraine, its on the right side of my head and doesn't move from side to side and across my forehead and these feel different. Its scary because it won't go away and I don't know why it started happening. Thank you for your response. Take care

The way you have them is exactly how I have always had migraines until now. I typically don't have aura either but now they are different. I see my doctor next week. I did have my gallbladder removed 9 weeks ago and have been really sick after, maybe its to do with that. Hoping to get answers soon.

Thanks Joyous! Yes me too, hoping to get the migraines under control. Before I had them about 2 times a week sometimes more and sometimes less but not every day like this. What made you go off the nortriptyline? Best wishes, Johnette
