Lightheaded/Dizzy for 3 Years

I have been suffering from lightheaded dizziness for three years. It's constant. When it first started, the doctor said that it was probably allergies, gave me something (I don't know what and can't find out), and it went away. A year later it came back and it hasn't gone away. I have negative ear pressure in both ears and when I close one nostril and blow out through the other, one ear gets blocked and I get dizzier for a few seconds. Once I tried to clear my ears driving down the mountain and I got vertigo. I have been to the ENT and tried steroids etc. (even a tube in one ear) but no change. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I have heard that there are physical therapists that help with this. My sister in laws mother had similar symptoms and went to one. He rotated her head in different positions which realigned the pressure in her ears. She was fine from then on. Hope this helps. I'm dealing w a similar issue and now on steroids praying it will help. If not I will go to a physical therapist as well.
