Lightheaded,heavy head,feeling faint,internal tremor

For about 8/9 months I have been feeling lightheaded and moments I feel I will faint. I've had head pressures and headaches from this with sore achy eyes and various floaters in my eyes.

I also suffer from an internal tremor I notice when lying down or leaning against something, my head sort of shakes.. my hands are also shaky.

When I feel faint I go ice cold and feel like I will pass out.

This is on going no matter how well I eat, drink, sleep.

I have seen a neurologist, had many blood tests, done a urine test, had an MRI and all came back as normal?!

Please can someone help what this could be or what I can do next, I really am suffering sad and I feel like I'm dying half the time.. (dramatic I know)

Please help!!!!!

Hi it sounds to me possibly auto immune in nature. I have an auto immune disorder and experienced similar symptoms at onset. Have you any other symptoms like gut issues or joint problems?

    Hi Aimee,

Apart from the shaky hands I have all the same symptoms.  I was diagnosed with VN and associated migraine,  I have lived with the condition for over 2.5 years.  I was prescribed Amitryptiline by my consultant and this has helped quite a bit.  I decided to stop taking them in June but have now just started again as I found my condition deteriorating again.

Nothing I can advise to help other than over time things will improve.   Lots of people on the site mention avoiding certain foods and doing vestibular exercises but none of this helped me. I now work and enjoy life as I did prior to getting the condition but am only around 85% recovered.  I don't expect to improve beyond that, my physio echoed this, but a lot of people do recover totally.

I hope things start to get better for you.

    Best wishes

    Laurence
