hello, i have had a debilitating condition for several months now. im a 21 year old male. i have had many blood work tests, mri's, and doctors appointments all come back with nothing. which is nice, but my condition has beccame so bad i no longer feel safe driving or even taking a shower for longer than a couple minutes. ill go more in depth about my symptoms; the first ill start off with is my eyes. sometimes they feel extremely fatigued and at the end of the day they will be blood-shot. the dizziness is non vertigo, i do not feel like i nor the room is spinning. the sensation is like a deep disconnect from reality for a short period or what i imagine it feels like when you're about to faint. sometimes walking i can notice i have hard time balancing side to side, although i havent fallen due to this. driving or riding in a car is an awful experience. it makes me feel my symptoms to the max, it also causes me to get dry mouth very badly. sometimes i notice walking, laying down, and sitting up all at different times of the day help me feel relieved from the symptoms. this has severely affected my sleep, i go to bed pretty regularly but i only get about 6 hours of sleep a night. i usually wake up very symptomatic then it subsides after a few minutes. the mornings are usually very bearable symptom-wise but they pick up around 10-11AM. the feeling will come and go throughout the day usually peaking around noon-2PM then another spike around 5-6PM. around 8PM my symptoms will become significantly more bearable however, this will last until my body and eyes are tired then they will pick back up again.

i journaled nearly hourly for weeks but saw no real connections with food, sleep, weather, or activity. the only dots i connected was the time of day. 8-10 bearable. 11-12 noticeable. 12-2 peak. 3-5 noticeable with slight peaks. 6-7 peak. 8-12 very bearable (most nights). i also had 3 ear infections from january to april and had asymptomatic covid in august before my symptoms.

i come to see if anyone has experienced anything similar. i have had my whole life striped away from me. i was a college student, an athlete, fisherman, boyfriend, and friend. i have a hard time being any of those things now. heres the list of things that i have done that have failed, made it worse, or not helped yet. vitamin tests, autoimmune tests, general blood work, audio test, anxiety medications, allergy shots, allergy medication, MRI, CT, consoling, steroids, and meclazine. thank you all.

Have you seen an autonomic specialist? If they do a tilt table test, ask them if they can do transcranial Doppler at the same time to check your cerebral blood flow.

You mentioned that you maintained a journal for a period of time. Did you include hourly Blood Pressure tests? You should have someone nearby who can take your BP and heart rate while you are feeling extremely dizzy.

Also, have you had nerve conductivity test. It may reveal the source of your symptoms.

    Best of luck.
