Lightheadedness

Compared to others I'm reading about I have it pretty good.
I'm lightheaded but not to the point that the room spins etc.
I started working out again several weeks ago and was doing crunches when I first noticed the lightheaded feeling. it's generally the most intense lying down and getting up but sometimes it does occur when merely sitting.
I have low/normal BP, anxiety, and a stopped up ear, so it's hard to decide what the issue is. Any easy ways to test one of these theories?

Yes, I did see my doctor but it was all very vague, citing, in addtion to the possible causes I mentioned, anemia and dehydration. The initial symptoms were made worse by a fear that I had a brain tumor or something more serious but weeks later I'm confident it's of a more benign nature. lastly, there are days I don't feel it at all.

You mention you have low blood pressure and dehydration, this can cause lightheadedness. I suffer from low blood pressure and dehydration only when I work out and don't replenish the salt, when I get lightheaded I drink a glass of water with some salt. This is the quick fix for both but it works.

I have a discussion with my experience if you need more info to see if it matches what you're feeling, but:
My main symptom is also lightheadedness w/o spinning vertigo. I am able to play sports and lift weights almost daily without trouble, but I will get rapidly lightheaded out of nowhere (watching tv, eating at restaurants, grocery stores) and then subsequently just feel hungover for a couple hours. My BP and HR rest below normal.
I've been through the ringer. MRI, heart monitoring, thryroid/adrenal bloodwork - all clear and normal. My doctors really think it's either anxiety attacks despite not really having anxious thoughts or migraines.
If you're getting better and have a lot of days without feeling it then it is likely not something scary (MS, brain tumor etc). At least that's what my neurologist told me, but he got me and MRI anyway for peace of mind.

I can't say yes or no, but I can tell you that my neurologist has me on the heart monitor to check specifically for arrhythmia during episodes of lightheadedness so he seems to think there could be a link.
