This is a long thread. I am now going to get botox injections. My Nuero thinks I have a vestibular migrane so we are going to give it a try.

I think it may have helped with the actual migraine part but my dizzy stayed with me.

Wow, that's frustrating. I'm sorry you have been going through this for so long. This saddens me as I have just been dealing with it for 7 weeks. Do you take any meds?

I have found that a maneuver called the half-somersault is easier to do at home by yourself than the Epley. I did have to repeat in sometime 4 times though before it moves the crystals back into place.  There's a video online that shows you how to do it.

Hi I was taking  Citalopram for about 2 months but decide to just stop and go to the gym. Could my wobbly head feeling be because I went from 40mg a day to nothing. I never believed in taking drugs not even paracetamol unless really necessary and found that  Citalopram made me feel like my head was in the clouds to start with bit like I said since I stopped I get the head wobble. Not enough that I stumble but makes me feel wobbly internally?

First off, I feel for all of you. I have been struggling with this crap for 3 years now I have recently found something's that have helped greatly. Making a long story short, I have seen dozens of doctors and specialists. The last general practitioner I saw told me to try a chiropractor, the top bomes in your spinal chord can effect balance issues and dizzyness. Go and get an adjustment and see if it helps. Also, there's a good chance it's related to an inner ear problem. Try Vestibular Rehabilitation. Combination between both have brought me some much needed relief.

God Bless you all and good luck with terrible, debilitating problem.

Hi everyone, I've been suffering for 2 years, been to numerous doctors, all blood work came back ok, MRI ok, cat scans ok, 4 emergency room visits, lost days of work because I was so severely lightheaded. You guys need to find a NUCCA chiropractor, not any other chiros, only NUCCA, and get your atlas adjusted. It's painless, no cracking or twisting, I was desperate and I did it. I'm living my life again😙 . Atlas is the vertebrae that our skulls sits on, if it slips, the nerves and veins passing thru are irritated, you dont get enough oxygen and nutrients going to and from the brain stem. You will get relief right after the adjustment then every day it will be better. Good luck. One thing, my insurance didn't cover it so I laid out $700, most of the time you only need 1 adjustment, pleaseee do it!! Good luck

He had BPPV which is an issue with your ears. You would need to go to an ENT doctor for this. He can do a maneuver to fix it if that is the problem. Look up BPPV and the maneuvers.
