lightheads while sitting??

hiya.. just wondering if anybody has had the same symptoms as myself.. in july i had a cardiac angiogram and everything was fine with it, the next day tho i was brought to a&e with excrusiating pain in my head, from then i have really bad pains in my neck and the headaches havent went away.. im now getting really lightheaded only when im sitting down relaxing? ive heard of people getting lightheaded when standing up to quickly or whatever but never sitting down? they only come on in sharp bursts its a crazy feeling.. like feelin as if im gonna fall off the chair or pass out, its there constantly!!

    I have been to see a neurologist i had a lumbar puncture and ct scans and they were all clear... i was previously diagnosed with vertigo and had been taking tablets for it but my gp says its not the same that vertigo dosnt come on when your sitting down.. they have now sent me for physio rolleyes thanks for gettin back to me everyone :-)
