Likelihood of 2 false negative PCRs??

so i had sex with a total rando and the next day she stated she had a "vaginal tear" but her recent std results have all been negative. however i dont know if i believe her. Over the next week i had itching and tingling sensations that worried me. I then noticed a fluid filled large blister on the base of my penis. there was a hair that was barely sticking out that i pulled out. i went to the doctor the next day (8 days ago now) and she did pcr with results negative. the sore began to grow in size so i freaked and went and got another pcr (5 days ago now) at a different clinic. results negative again. however, both doctors refused to burst the blister and just swabbed hard on the blister itself. Is this sufficient enough or should i be worried that it wasnt administered correctly and have false negatives?!

there has to be fluid in order to take a swab u cant just swab a spot because there will be nothing there it needs to have some kind of fluid on there
