Had the Fenton procedure 6 weeks ago, as I haven't had sex for several years due to an happy marriage. Now have a partner, but very unhappy as I might lose him, as sex is to painful still. How long does it take to heal ?
?I'm so worried, but thankful there are people out there in the same position as me. I must admit, I have never heard of it, thought I was unique .

Hi Linda, not that many of us have had the Fenton procedure, although I've thought about it a lot. I'm guessing its gonna take longer than 6 weeks to feel okay down there. I dont think you should be rushing this or putting pressure on yourself, what is another month or two anyway before gently trying again.
