Lines/Cracks/Indents on base of Glans

Hey wondering if anyone can chime in and let me know if they have anything similar to this.
I'm uncircumsized and have lines/cracks on the base of the glans that is only there when flaccid but smooth out when erect. I've been to a derm and they seem to not be worried about it.
Does anyone else have anything similar to this? I'm not sure if the indents are from the folds of skin of my foreskin when its covering the glans and I can't remember if it's always been there or not.
Any input would be appreciated, thank you

Very normal - I am guessing you are a relatively young adult male?
These are natural features of a penis following onset of sexual maturation - while most have always been there, due to size and growth development, they only become noticeable from the age of 17 to 19 or so.
An adult penis will continue to develop until the age of about 25 or 26 - but some natural changes can occur up to the age of about 36 YOA

Hey thanks for the reply I'm actually in my mid 30's. Been dealing with what I thought was balanitis for the passed few months. Although after having no luck with using an anti-fungal like clotrimazole and a 150mg dose of fluconazole. The derm I saw just said it was a type of skin condition rather than an infection. No tests done just diagnosed through sending pictures. She gave me the choice of using a potent steroid or a topical calcineurin inhibitors called tacrolimus ointment. (Protopic 0.03%) and to put a barrier ointment (aquaphor/diaper rash type ointment) In between applications I guess to reduce irritation. I chose to try the protopic ointment first as I was weary of trying a potent steroid in fear of the side effects or being dependent on it. I wasn't thrilled about the other cream either as it has it's side effects as well but I am not opting for circumsicion so no other choice.
Do you think while applying any of these creams its best to keep the foreskin retracted after application or does it not matter? Anyway I've stopped washing with soap and all that and will have to stop using coconut oil as i'm not sure thats been helping...really was hoping it would lol..ah well. This is pretty frustrating but glad to know that i'm not alone in dealing with this here. Thanks again for the reply.

So, again, from what I can see in your photo I describe this as "very normal" - why would you want treatment for something that looks normal?
