Lingering epididymitis or something else?

I'll try and keep this short. Two months ago, I had a random onset of left testicular aches out of the blue. The bottom and side of my testicles became very sensitive and sore. On top of that I had weird sensations all through out my scrotum(stinging) and my groin lymph nodes were aching. This eventually spread to both testes. I had a urinalysis done, which came back negative, which I thought would be the case, because I haven't been sexually active during this pandemic. Through this time, I saw 3 doctors and was on antibiotics (Levofloxacin) for about 42 days total. I had a scrotal/bladder/prostate Ultrasound done, which only showed a possible cyst on top of my left epididymal head and small bilateral hydroceles and a 35cc prostate. I am 35 yrs old btw.

Over time it drastically improved, however some aches still linger. For example, if I run my fingers around my right testicle, NO pain, NO sensitivity whatsoever, it feels normal. However, If I do the same around my left testi, I feel this light burning which will irritate my testicle for a bit. This irritation doesn't quite seem to be the epididymis however. There seem to be very small veins directly on the inner side of my testicle that are causing this slight burning and irritation. What could this be? I know varicoceles aren't directly planted on the testicles themselves, correct? It's been two months, I figured I'd be fine by now. It's been quite a grind getting to this point. I don't see a urologist for another month plus.

Thanks to those that read. Any ideas?
