Linx Surgery

I'm scheduled to have a small sliding hiatel hernia repaired and Linx surgery on 08/29/2022. Would like to hear from someone who's had this done especially if you had it 6 or more years ago..Thank you,

I'm having second thoughts. I'm 61 years old. I do not have barrett's but everytime I get scoped my Gastrointerologist ( many years of experience) says it looks like cancer ( stage 2-4) but so far biopsy comes back no barrett's or cancer.. Thankfully.

Surgery completed 08/29/2022 Doctor says all went well- Hiatal Hernia was much larger than expected. but was still able to do Linx Augmentation. It's been 48 hours and eating soft foods is getting easier. Been able to eat Eggs, grits, vegetables, grilled Salmon, chewy chocolate chip cookies, bananas, variety of fruit. Eating is much easier today able to eat more. eating every two hours .
