Since I feel so fatigued on 5mcg daily, my endo said I can dose every other day. Will this still work?

    5mcg is a very low dose if that's all you are taking then you should feel fatigued and need more not less. Maybe some info is missing in your question? Did you add T3 5mcg to another thyroid medicine?

    Fatigued on 5mcg T3 and Synthroid 112mcg. Think you need more not less. 5mcg should give you a little boost.for several hours.
