hi,

I first noticed the lipoma on my back in May but havent been able to get to the doctors due to covid but im 99% sure its a lipoma as it doesnt hurt at all and is squishy but recently it seems to have gotten slightly bigger! it has really affected my self confidence to the point where i cant go out with out a coat on!! any advice would be a great help, even if i could just reduce the size would be a start! thanks

Your pic isnt too clear but your description of squishy sounds like a lipoma. There is not much you can do to make it smaller but most doctors will suggest a large lipoma is removed, using local anaesthetic. if you are in UK see your doctor when you can. Dont worry about it.
