Lips outbreak, help please!

Hi i want to get another opinion about the outbreaks i suffer in my lips; i have been diagnosed with allergic contact cheilitis.

I have them like chronically, i can keep they with very little symptoms using topical tacrolimus every night. hidrocortisone works too. If i pass a night, it outbreaks.

Cetirizine didnt work, aciclovir tablets didnt work either.

In the photos the outbreak is in early stages, if i dont control with tacrolimus, the whole lips get swollen it suppurates and gets covered with yellow crust.

I have been trying to find the thing that causes the 'allergy' but no luck.

I am surprised to read that your diagnosis was not herpes labialis, because the lesions look very similar. Well, I won't in any way question a professional's opinion, but maybe you should see another doctor to get a second opinion from him or her.
