Weakness in my arms and legs
Blurry vision
Diarrhea
Neck tension
But the one symptom that is for over one year is ringing in my ears
I have done check up for every symptom from MRI to emg to cat scan to EKG I think I suffer from AlS to brain tumor to hart problems you name it I had or still have it.but I learned not to pay to much attention and run to doc for everything is hard but your mind will do what you allow to do.good luck and take care

The fact you are still alive and have been for a while and able to write about these symptoms explains they are anxiety based, or you definitely wouldn’t be feeling well at all.
Ok so let’s summarise
Ends of extremities finger hands earlobes etc. get cold hot tingle whenever there is a temperature change or oxygen change being anxious will affect these.
muscle twitch's like when your eye twitchs but there everywhere !
These will appear whenever you get stressed and do not mean anything unless so severe it paralyses you or drop you eye lid ,and no you don’t have this!!!
chest pain
If you are tense, you do not breathe in and out through the right method try as had been advised the book on the tummy method also if you are sat over a laptop, which I suspect you are then this, will alter your posture
arm pain
Anywhere specifically????There are many things you can get that are NORMAL it’s like any part of your body use it and it responds. If you have been overusing the finer motor muscle and nerves to write or use the laptop pad you will give yourself a form of pain related to ‘over use’ and that’s in many cases these days self inflicted.,
leg pain
Again where and what brings it on? I suspect you aren’t doing much outdoor walking or swimming so may I suggest you do and after about 3 weeks see if you ache, all exercise causes some aches they are good aches there a big difference between mild discomfort and pain
neck and shoulder pain
Again, this is sounding like sitting still too long if you concerned go to an osteopath and get your body realigned and freed up and then have fun, change your diet go out
Headaches
Anxiety and tension related posture and anatomy related can be resolved with water about 3 pints a day and plenty of fresh air
breathing problems
What sort you are obviously breathing because you are still here?
yawning constantly
insufficient air because you are not moving and lack of water
feeling light all the time
possibly not eating properly and not exercising your body is an amazing machine and you need to exercise it. If you leave a car in the garage for months it will also not work very well.
Dizziness
Same as lightheaded check food, fluid, and get up and outside and exercise, as your heart and lungs need fresh oxygen and blood
palps/thumps in chest/throat
Describe palpitations ? All of us have little palpitations they are normal, but if you sit checking and checking you restrict your diaphragm. Then that reduces the oxygen, increases the carbon dioxide and you will feel most of the above,- meanwhile you are asking your heart “please go on working whilst I am trying very hard to stop you “ in other words don’t make yourself ill.
cold hands
Anxiety stress worry lack of movement cause that, sometimes you can genuinely have cold hands temperature affects your hands but if you are not pumping blood as you are sitting motionless then you will get withdrawal of the blood from the ends whilst it concentrates on looking after the important organs you are trying to stop working
burst feeling like a shock of nothing through my body
do suspect anxiety and incorrect diet here
pressure in head
How do you know that have you stuck a pressure monitor in there or just all the worry is making you feel like that?
ringing in ears
If it is true ringing then tough- there is nothing you can do about it at all and tinnitus is dreadful if you have acquired true tinnitus then accept you have that noise for the rest of your life!!!!! do you wear ears phones at all ???? These will cause ringing.
jaw ache
Where in the jaw and what type of pain? Just because you have read that females get jaw ache as a sign of heart attack, the fact you are here -kinda indicates you didn’t and aren’t having a heart attack!!!!! So the jaw ache, is possibly stress on the tmj joint, and this causes all sorts of aches and also causes you to grind your teeth in the day and at night this leaves you with jaw ache.
random shooting pains
I’m quite sure you don’t have random pains everywhere at the same time but if you move a limb or your body and you get a sudden pain it’s probably you muscle has been in a cramped position for too long and it very annoyed at being moved suddenly
nerves run through muscle and they are what cause pain
bellyache/upset stomach
do suspect diet here what do you eat ?
tense legs /weak
by the sounds of it you are not exercising so get out and walk run swim
jelly legs
again related to all the above
tight skin sensation /chest/bridge nose /arms
as you haven’t described this properly then it only a google symptom!!!!!
habits
checking pulse
don’t
checking fingernail colour
have you done a nail degree or specialise in biology podiatry etc. if not then looking at your nails will not reliably inform you of their condition.
looking in throat
for what ? Can you swallow talk drink then you are fine, if it’s genuinely sore then you have a sore throat- very normal
writing my symtoms down constantly
exactly SYMPTOMS Not real things
googling !!
stop start doing something else like you family tree of something
panic attacks
with all this worry yep you probably do, to an extent and they don’t matter- breathe relax sit still and then do something different.
slow/fast heart rate
what exactly is you heart rate ?
tingling /pins and needles
already said anxiety oxygen related
dizziness
same as light-headedness
breathing problems
you are still alive so you don’t have those
feel like rocking in a boat
violent shakes in legs /sometimes hands
First you say you have violent movement and then you say you have lack of movement. Now lack of movement implies you are paralysed so I don’t think so, and violent shaking I suspect is because you do not move them enough.
lack of movement
muscle twitches
normal we all get them
tight throat
as in ???????
burning sensation under skin
muscle, nerves, sunlight heat cold all affect the skin
eye sight floaters/flickering light
then go to an optician
things that are helping me at the minute to cope with symtoms thinking about happy memories.
reminding myself that im ok and its just anxiety .
thing im suffering really bad with today:

cold wet feeling in head
tense legs

i do get really low temps like 34.5 so i guess this is why my hands are always cold .
i do eat really bad as i used to eat really healthy but money cant buy healthy food when your struggling
i do need to go to opticians im acually really scared of them as i have a astigma i think its called one eye has really poor eyesight and is shaped diffrent (not noticable if you concentrate on it you can tell )
im not getting much exercise i used to go to gym all the time and now im sat in all the time
violent shakes i mean i shake so bad my partner feels ill cause when where in bed he gets what he describes sea sick haha this is when im having a panic attack mainly .
my muscles tense up and feel numb especially my forearm will suddenly have a skin tight sensation and i could scratch it so hard and barely feel anything .
tight nose ect like there a band over it at the top of the bridge of my nose and then it will get a vibration feeling .
breathing problem vary everyday i get what feels a muscle twang like either from my neck to head feels it locks or something in my throat does it and chest and my breathing locks or i have involatry breaths which scare me but doctors wont check me out as they say anxiety .
i look in my throat because i have a lump where my tonsil would be which then became a habit and also my throat muscle does not move like when people open wide and there throat acually jumps mine does not its like stuck which may have been caused from me opening my mouth so much .
i cant get to sleep on nights but when i am asleep i can sleep for at least a good 15 hours which i have done because i suffer depression too .
but you are completly right with it all and your post acually made me laugh at how silly i am thanks xx

Astigma common nothing major but do wear glasses because you have to strain to read and you will subconsciously tip your head to compensate putting unbelievable strain on your neck muscles and postures
lights flashing don't worry they do that all the time they make another noise if you need to alert doctors and those readings are fine your heart can go a lot faster than that and the lower rates just show your hearts in good shape , wish mine could do this range without stopping
have you had your tonsils out ??
When you say you are struggling do you mean financially or mentally?
Quite happy to chat if that helps pm me
it could be you are intolerant to a particular food ie dairy wheat not allergic just intolerant and if you are drinking diet drinks sugar free craps or eating processed rubbish then your body is struggling and you will get drops in temperature and shivers
so 're evaluated diet
get to optician
get outside you don't need a gym just go for a walk
