Sertraline was rubbish for me. Can you request diazepam to get you through? They helped me in the middle of a mental breakdown. Hope things pick up for you Its so horrible x

HEY!!! Stop thinking like that. i’m in the same boat as you. They’ve titrated me down to 25 I was Zoloft. Before I start my TMS my anxiety just tweeks all the time. I go from extremely anxious to really depressed. Like I’m all over the place. So I know where coming from. I want to give up sometimes too. Yet we can’t let it beat us. The anxiety let it roll over your back like water over those stones in the creek. Invited it in and don’t resist. And let it come in and just let it roll. Depression we can’t let it beat us. Depression is a tough one. Just trying to keep yourself up knowing their only thoughts. Their stories that your mind makes up to really get you worried. It’s not real you’re mind just thinks it’s real. Try to do some meditating that helps me a lot. Put a Santa headphones on get on YouTube and listen to some guided meditation for anxiety and depression. Just know that you’re not alone. This time of year gets really bad for a lot of us. So many people coming in the work schedule screwed up because people are on break. It can really get difficult. All I can do sitting here is the say God bless you may He guide you and protect you. Let his Holy Spirit come upon you and remain with you in His most holy name amen.

I was in the same spot a year ago, feeling the same way. I stuck with it, though, and increased my dosage to 200mg, which worked. I was very reluctant to increase my dosage because each time I did, it seemed to make things worse. But, I eventually moved to 200 and noticed things turn fairly quickly. I also made sure to exercise every day and bought a couple books on anxiety and depression. Simply beginning to read one of the books helped me to reframe my thinking and not feel so hopeless. I know things will turn around for you as they did for me and I hope it happens soon. Hang in there and know that things will get better.

    hi Deblou

Its good to let us know. I feel it for you. Try getting some benzo to help you through these tough moments. You are stronger than those negative thoughts. I go to youtube for inspiration and hope. When we realise how many million people are in similar situation, and we listen to how they cope and recover, it lifts us. At the moment, things are tough as I care for my young son who has PTSD as a result of over the years conditioning, obey or else method used by his school as he started high school. We have been from psychiatrist to psychiatrist, therapist to therapist, one anti d to another and still square one. I go on youtube to see how to support him and to support myself too. I feel depressed and anxiety hits hard some days. Pls know that we will recover. We together are strong. Let us know how you are. Its always good to talk.

Deblou 50 is a big jump after only being on them for 3 weeks. However it is what it is now, you have several options, stay on the 100 and wait to see what happens over the next 8 weeks, slowly go back down to 50 and see if that dose is the right one for you or the last one is yes throw in the towel, give up taking them and be back to where you started but probably with more symptoms from withdrawal.

the tingling and head pressure are all side effects that should ease in couple of weeks, if you say that your mood has improved then they must be doing something, just needs time and patience
