There's still time for this to free itself, as you are still so young. You can gradually pull forward on your foreskin to encourage the process, and masturbation will also help. If you get no change after a few months, you may need medical help. However, some doctors recommend circumcision (complete removal of the foreskin). This should be avoided, as you would lose the important protection the foreskin provides and much pleasurable sensation. Also the glans surface would become toughened.

So you're saying I should masturbate more

No 'should'. Just that you may find it helps.

Haha it's essentially stuck to your glans by the same tissue that holds your fingernail to your finger- it is completely normal. Like said earlier, you can gradually get rid of it by working on it over time through pulling it as far as you can forward and retracting it as far as you can without tearing it- if you do tear it it can heal as scar tissue which would require surgery. Take baths to soften it up and work on it

    - I'm a urologist in training and I agree. Do not get circumcised ever, it's the most pointless and damaging surgery that is done on males.

Also, the coloration on your inner foreskin that looks like papules is called fordyce spots and are a variation of the skin and have nothing to worry about those either.

Hi, as the other responders have suggested, it is usually just a matter of time before your skin separates fully.  So, as also mentioned - it is not a case of masturbating more, or even more vigorously, if you want to help the process along you can check out exercises to overcome a very tight foreskin, known as phimosis.  You MUST learn to do these stretches carefully, as you do not want to tare or rupture anything.  As also stated the best times to stretch your foreskin is during a warm / hot bath or shower.

As we cannot usually post external web site links on here, look up - wiki How 3 ways to do phimosis stretching - in particular, I would suggest the third excercise.  You can also check-out other web sites, but the watchword is GENTLY does it until you have been doing the exercises for 3, 4 or 5 months.  Then if you have had NO injury issues, you can slightly increase the pressure you are using.  One simple excercise to do after you have been using other exercises for 4 or 5 months is to draw the skin of the shaft towards your body when you are fully erect.  AGAIN, gently to start with, and as previously, if you have had no injury issues, you can increase the pressure you are using.  Should you slightly injure any of your penile skin you must lay-off doing anything with your penis, other than urinate and clean the exposed head with water, for 2 3 or even 4 weeks.  Antiseptic cream can help with minor issues on the main part of the penis, but, never let the cream build-up under your foreskin.

Hope this helps - remember, gently does whatever you do .....
