so about a month ago I went to my primary care because I I had little red pimple like dots on my penile glans I was very concerned  he took a viral culture it came back negative but before I had those dots I had flu like symptoms so I wasn't convinced it was negative so he prescribed me acyclovir so it started going away in a couple days but I didn't have any ulcers or anything like that but after a few weeks my skin still felt dry & looked irritated, it also burned a little during intercourse,my penile glans started swelling up & its still dry & swollen till this day & my sperm is like water now not sticky at all... can someone please tell me this has happened to them before ? I don't have any pics of the first breakout but this is how its been looking ever sense

If you're doctor took a swab and came back negative i would imagine youre ok. Did these appear after sex? Did he take a blood test for herpes?

Maybe u should see a dermatologist. I mean if u tested negative for herpes thru swab and blood, as well as tests for other stds its probably something else. Im going thru something similar. Looks almost identical. The purple reddish crown, the tiny bumps. But its all on the head only. I see u have some on the shaft. Its been on going for 2 months now and they appear here and there
