little red spots on tongue

its really bothering me but i cant remember if those spots on my tongue were always there should i b worried ? and no i dont have a disease i brushed my tongue this morning

    It's hard to say.  You should probably see a doctor to get a definitive answer.

      No. I can't really see anything weird in the pics. But if you know something is out the ordinary, then you should see a doctor. The answers you get here are nothing more than opinions, not to be taken as fact. If it's any consolation, your chances of it being nothing to worry about are higher than it being something serious

    Hey did you end up figuring out what you had? Cause I recently got bumps just like these.

    Some conditions may come with symptoms in absence of pain and such is Geographic tongue that is rarely accompanied with painful experiences unless affected individuals take hot and spicy foods or beverages.

    In addition, if it is found out the painless patches and spots on the tongue (and in mouth) are associated with excessive smoking or alcoholism then such people at equally at risk of developing cancerous cell tissues unless they quit.
