No. I can't really see anything weird in the pics. But if you know something is out the ordinary, then you should see a doctor. The answers you get here are nothing more than opinions, not to be taken as fact. If it's any consolation, your chances of it being nothing to worry about are higher than it being something serious

In addition, if it is found out the painless patches and spots on the tongue (and in mouth) are associated with excessive smoking or alcoholism then such people at equally at risk of developing cancerous cell tissues unless they quit.
