Little red spots under skin

hi, in December i suffered from burning red lumps under my skin, will attach a photo below

this made it hard to work and i had to take time off. i waited 3 weeks after that photo for a blood test, as the doctors had no clue what it was. finally, i was told i had "something low in the blood" and was given some pills to take for a month. i wasnt told this but i have just assumed it could be anemia as i bruise alot and easily.

the lumps and burning has gone away, although ive had some little red spots under the skin on the areas that were most bad in december. Theyve been there since and havent gone away/ wont go away, anyone know what it could be?
