Little to worry about or concern?

A few days ago, I had leaned into my car to get something. My foot slipped though, I fell into the floor board and when I did, my leg got caught in the door. My leg bent sideways and there was a very loud pop, and it hurt a lot!
I mean, I was crying and trying not to scream for at least 5 minutes... Then limped to my brothers game. Oh I was grittn iron lol.
It swelled up some, hurt and ached right around the knee....left leg, inside nearest to center of body in the front. It kept burning it was cold. Slept that night, woke up with a stiff knee, pain and still limping. I couldn't extend my leg completely or lock it, or rotate the knee either direction without wincing.
Went to urgent Care, since I'm Prego and want to be sure I won't collapse one day later when I'm a balloon again... Waited 3 hours to be told just ice it. Thanks. Didn't even listen to everything I needed to say.
Anyways, I keep a compression wrap on it now almost all day, it alleviates the pain and kind of stiffens my leg in a better position. Still wake up every morning it's stiff and painful, still can't rotate it either way, and I noticed it feels like something is slipping behind my knee cap when I bend and (have to) put pressure on it. Still can't straiten or lock it.

Did they x-ray it? Get a MRI or CT scan if they said x-ray was ok. I'm not a doctor but I'd want to be certain all is ok! xx

I want to be certain too, but since I'm pregnant they won't do any scans, bummer! Thanks

If you see no improvement in a few days, go see an orthopedic surgeon IMMEDIATELY. An exam and x-ray to start. If he finds nothing, he may do an MRI. If that shows no structural damage, he may just recommend a brace and Voltaren Gel, a topical anti-inflammatory, until you deliver. Gotta check the pregnancy warning for Voltaren. You do NOT want to be on any meds that can affect the baby. Do NOT just take what is offered. Go on-line and check or ALL pregnancy warnings. GOTTA DO THAT!!!
It could be just a sprain so don't jump to conclusions. Icing and elevation are always the first thing you do. However, if you are not better in 4-5 days, see an ortho!!! Get proof that there is nothing really, really wrong. If you've done something like tear a meniscus, you can live with that for a while. I doubt any doc will scope you under general anesthesia while pregnant, although I'm not a doc and don't know those rules. If it does require a surgical fix, that will probably wait until after the baby.
Right now, ice and elevate...see an ortho if it doesn't significantly improve in a few days.

I unfortunately can't do any scans, they don't want to while I'm pregnant if not necessary. I see pcp on the 14th, hopefully it'll be better by then or I'll get a definite answer. Thank you
