Hi David, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling unwell. I'm no expert, but your numbers don't look bad. What's the nature of your feeling "unwell"?

My ALT spiked to 519 and my AST to 179. I've had a CT scan and hepatitis tests done, everything came back normal. If your physician said that you're okay, you should probably take their word for it. If not, you could indeed go see them again, that's what they are there for.

How are you feeling unwell? Stomach troubles or like a cough?

after doing lots of reading i have found out thst our liver can be up to 90% non functioning before a blood test even picks it up. if your having liver issues ditch the processed sugar and processed carbs. Eat loads of fruit, especially grapes and berries and make sure 50% of every meal is vegetables. preferably greens. only eat lean meat. and if possible eat organic. non organic food is covered in pesticides and herbicides which will all harm your liver further.
