Liver Cirrhosis

hi .

I was wondering if anyone could possibly explain a few things to me.

i have just been diagnosed with alcohol related liver cirrhosis.

i have alot of the symptoms ie weight/muscles loss, no appetite, sleeping alot, swelling of the ankles and belly which I'm already on water tablets for.

i have had a fibro scan with a score of 56?

can anyone basically explain to me what this means an how long i may have left?

my doctor is really telling me much.

I have been put on beta blockers and Laxatives

    Doctors don't give you time estimates re death. Based on what you have written I'd get out there and enjoy life and not worry about the diagnosis. pretty sure your health will never dramatically improve.
