Liver cyst removed

Hi anybody, can someone please help? I had a large cyst in my liver. And they removed my gallbladder & cyst robotically on 8/23/18. Its been 3 days ago but, i hear and feel fluid/ water in my abdomen. I dont really know the doctor because i live in Gulfport and had to travel to another state to get this done and was refered by the emergency room doctor. Question; could the doctor have drained the fluid into my abdomen? Any help would greatly be appreciated

    In relation to a large liver cyst which I had deroofed and drained last year: I was told that the fluid that would inevitably reform WOULD drain into my abdomen. This would be entirely safe and my body would simply absorb this. However, this didn't involve my gall bladder, so maybe this would make a difference.
