Liver disease fear ??

To keep things brief, I've been panicking since I saw my blood test results: at first I was relieved because I believed only my B12, Iron, and Vitamin D were issues, as that's all my doctor told me, however--

What she DIDN'T tell me, was that by SGBT/ALT was at 112, when the regular range is 12-78, and that my SGOT/AST was at a 48, when the regular range is 15-37.

I'm 18, and generally sedentary thanks to depression and sitting around college trying to either learn or do my schoolwork at home. I don't exercise past walking, and I only started improving my diet even slightly mid-December. I had this blood test late-January.

Today, I've been incredibly sick: running in and out of the bathroom, loose stools but not hard to pass, brownish but with another hue, I couldn't tell if it was gray, green, or yellow, and it smelled AWFUL. Alongside terrible stomach cramps too!

So of course, I started googling, and I found 'liver disease' as a cause, and of course it's a "silent killer" and "young people are dying from it" so now I'm panicking! What do I do?????

When you continue to worry it makes it worse. I don't think you have liver disease your very young. My grandfather had liver problems from drinking lots of alcohol. Do you abuse alcohol?

I only had a bit once to treat a cold when I was younger, never touched it since and I've never been interested in it.

The cramps + sudden stool color changes (today it was almost black, gross!) I think is what's scaring me >.<
