Liver Flukes?

hello,

i have been struggling with frequent loose stools and stomach pain for some time now. I keep seeing these red stick things floating at the top of the toilet. Looks like liver fluke images on google. there is little to no info on liver flukes in humans and im just wondering what this is/ what to do about it? is liver fluke a real thing? its not tomato skin btw, havent eaten one in years. will attach pic next time i see one
