Liver function/ Gallbladder removal/ IBS

Hi guys, I'm hoping someone on here can help me
I got my Gallbladder removed about three months ago(?)
I thought it was the root of my issues, but it seems that things still haven't gone back to normal/ removal has highlighted that something else is wrong.
I've always had something a little off with my digestion ever since I was little. I was born jaundice and have always had trouble digesting certain foods (list always seemingly changing) but have never ever had a time in my life where my bowel movements have been "Normal"
I was told after a lame attempt to find the issue that I had -IBS- when I was about 10, and that the only solution was to "stop stressing"
Never had my liver checked, never been tested for Celiac's etc
Now, years and years later- I'm searching the internet and finding that a lot of my symptoms could have something to do with my liver? OR Celiac
- Skin rashes/dermatitis
- Dizzyness/ extreme fatigue (Wake up for four hours, eat and fall to sleep)
- Hazy head
- Trouble focusing
- Terrible cramps in upper and lower right quadrant
- Diarrhea and vomiting after eating (ANYTHING)
- Joint pain all over body
- Cannot keep alcohol down, even one glass makes me sick.
- Extreme bloating and fluid retention - Look pregnant
- from time to time, I get itchy and red hands and feet.
Does anyone on here have either one of these health issues and can suggest anything?
My new GP seems to think it's a great possibility that I could have either Liver abnormlities or be Celiac and I am waiting on the results of blood work for both!
But for now, I'm trying to understand as much as I can so I can go to freaking work.

-Excess SWEATING and

from time to time, but assumed it was the medication. Now I'm not so sure?
I really need help, being sick all of the time is putting a horrible shadow over my emotional health and relationships with everything I feel incredibly depressed and helpless and just don't want to be a victom anymore

Haemochromatosis?
Celiac?
It is possible to have all 3!!!!
It is terrible that you have suffered so long without intervention.
Let us know how about the results.

Celiac or gluten intolerance could very well be possible too based on your symptoms. Put yourself on a gluten free diet for a few months and see if you improve! There are tons of websites and books to reference. Otherwise, a gastro doc can check you via upper endoscopy.
