I have be been on citalopram for nearly 6 months 10 20 now 30mg I had some bloods done in Thursday and my liver function need repeating in 6 weeks so is obviously risen they say it is due to being on medication. Has anyone else had this please as I have been suffering with health anxiety this does not help!!

cant say ive personally experienced this but im sure you will be fine just keep checks on it?

I had that happen me, I was on 20mg of citalopram, got my bloods done and my liver function was high, I had to keep going back to get it tested, I started to wean off and once I got down to 10mg every other day my liver function was back to normal, obviously I believe the citalopram caused my liver function to rise.

yes it does affect your liver I think it says that on the paper from pharmacy
I take a natural pill daily to help my liver to function better and it helps
