Liver Function Test results approx 100 - not sure what tests

Hello all,
Apologies for starting a new thread (and thanks to those who contributed to the last one I created).
To repeat briefly: I have been suffering from depression, anxiety and insomnia for the past two years.
Since last August, I have been drinking heavily intermittently - though hardly at all from November 2014 to March this year.
I then re-started drining heavily on-and-off from April, but my drinking was particularly heavy in the last week of July this year - I drank three 1.5 litre bottles of vodka that week.
I had liver function test done on 4 August (just over a week ago). Subsequent to that, I got a letter from my doctor's surgery asking me to come back and have the tests repeated in a few weeks' time.
Yesterday, I had a regular appointment with my doctor. He went through the liver function test results with me.
I cannot remember the names of the specific tests, all I can remember is that they were both about 100, the doctor said the upper figure for normal for both was 61, he said one was more importnat than the other, I need to reduce my drinking to within the recomened limits and to come back and have the tests repeated in a few weeks' time (as per the letter).
Since the binge in the last week of July, I have not been feeling well. I am sweating very easily, feel achy, lacking energy, insomnia has got worse, and my appetite is not so good. However, I have not lost any weight.
How concerned should I be (even if I reduce my alcohol intake)? I have done so - I didn't drink any alcohol for a week, and have only drank wine since, and my alcohol intake is much, much lower than it had been in July.
Thanks in advance of replies.
Gavin.

After three sleepless nights in hospital, I took my Temazepam last night, fell-asleep shortly after midnight and didn't wake-up until 11.25 this morning. I still feel tired and energyless, though some of that is probably due to feeling a bit down.
I have lost a considerable amount of weight in the past 2 weeks without trying to - I ate well in the hospital, for example.
Apart from that, I don't want to speak too soon, but my body seems to be slowly returning to normal, though I still have a signifiant amount of bruising, spots, the rash on my chest and chest pain, presumably associated with it, and the spider naevi blotch.
My body hair also does not look as it did - it seems frazzled - though I have not lost any more of it.
I don't appear to have any swelling and the aching joints and hot feeling in my palms and soles seem to have reduced, hopefully
I have not drank any alcohol since last Friday and don't plan to. This has all given me the most awful fright, and I still need to be sure that my body can be repaired to more or less how it was before about a year ago when the regular drinking heavy drinking started.
Thanks to posters for support upto now and for putting-up with me airing my symptoms, fears and anxieties.

So, I stayed-up late last night - watching the news and then a great nature programme about lions on BBC Two. I then went to bed and slept until about 8.30am.
I don't feel refreshed, and feel incredibly woosy.
Besides feeling tired, I still have various bruises, the spider naevi blotch, many spots, skin discolouration on the tops of both hands, and my hair looks and feels different. I'm also troubled by the weight loss (about a stone in just 3 weeks).
On the other hand, my eyes look whiter again, the itching seems to have gone, I haven't actually lost any more hair, the palms of my hands look and feel better again, and my genitals (colour) seem to be back to normal.
Unfortunately, I don't see my GP until next Monday. So, all I can do in the meantime is to try to eat and drink healthily, try to get some fresh air and exercise - though that's difficult when feeling so tired and woosy - and try to relax.
I still fear that I have cirrohsis - because of the varied, unpleasant symptoms breaking-out so soon after me drinking so much alcohol (again) at the end of last week - but there's nothing I can do about it now, other than to wait and see.

It's much higher than the norm (0-50) and should certainly be looked into.
A high GGT count can be caused by many things, according to Doctor Google.
Do you drink a lot?
