Liver/gallbladder problems, IBS, or just anxiety?

I am a 12-year-old female. Recently, I developed the "Googling Syndrome". I don't think it's a thing but that's what my friends came up with because I google wayyy to much. I had went from one health anxiety to another. From breast cancer, to ovarian cancer, to colon cancer, to now, I'm convinced I have a liver or gallbladder problem. I don't think I have yellow skin or eyes. I did begin to "see" a yellow tint but I stopped worrying about the yellow and now, I don't really see the "yellow" anymore. I asked so many people if I look abnormal, like do I look yellow, do my eyes? They all say I look absolutely fine and no, I don't look yellow at all, it's just the anxiety causing it. My stool can be pale sometimes (like a yellowish color or sometimes even as light as tan, no white or clayish or black or red) but it's usually a medium brown color or light brown. My urine is nothing close to brown, so that's good I guess. Is pale or clear urine the perfect urine color? That's what I always have with some occasional dark yellow if I don't drink a lot of water. I also have been getting changes in my bowel habits. Like it can be constipation and suddenly diarrhea. The appearances change also. Like undigested food particles, changes in color (green, orange, yellow/tan, and mostly any shade of brown, rarely dark), changes in size. Abdominal pain and gas/bloating is a big one too! Hence, my speculation of colon cancer but turns out, it can just be IBS, a benign condition with the almost same symptoms. I get upper abdominal pain, mid abdominal, and lower abdominal pain. Lower and upper most often. I don't get a lot of lower right pain but more of lower left. My upper abdomen pain is usually after eating, bloating/gas, or simply constipation. All of my pain are relieved by a BM, though. I also have terrible terrible terrible terrible anxiety to add to my digestive problems. Or even maybe my anxiety is what caused the digestive problems. I noticed stress and very unhealthy foods trigger my symptoms. I wonder if this is a symptom of IBS, heard anxiety and IBS are linked. I'm a bit overweight but I did manage to lose a few pounds with eating salads and drinking plenty of water and exercise. But also this past month, I've been lacking which probably is causing more digestion issues are showing up. It's near finals and I just got over state testing. Family problems, friends, and health problems are making really depressed and making me even more stressed! I started to eat unhealthy foods again and sitting in front of my computer googling this googling that. I think that is also causing my vision to worsen and my shoulders hurting (especially right, which of course, is another symptom of liver disease). I do lean towards my left side and my right is always in the air or an awkward position which is probably why it hurts more. My hands can get red but apparently, again, everyone tells me I'm fine. Actually, my "abnormal" hands look very normal lol. My hands don't look extremely red, only when it's super hot. And now I'm stressing over edema. I also get indents from socks but it could be because I wear them like all day everyday. I take them off at night and the identations go away in the morning? And now that I'm stressing over my legs, especially feet and calves for any swelling/water retention, I feel like it's a little bit more swollen than better, Not much but a little bit of extra skin. I also get headaches and lightheaded a lot, usually after a stressful night or day. When I press on my calf or feet hard, it does make this pitting thingy like it would on skin. Once I release my finger, it returns to normal immediately. Like I said, I'm a bit chubby so my arms are kinda fat too, not just the feet. I also had this weird chest pain. It wasn't that painful or unbearable. Sometimes it's near the heart region which makes me scared and sometimes my armpit? Like the lymph nodes or something, I don't know. Right now, I feel full and my abdomen is a bit..big? It usually goes down after a large bowel movement or usually in the mornings, my stomach gets flatter again. I also get indigestion sometimes. Occasional upper right abdomen pain which is the reason my liver/gallbladder worries start even though the pain is very slight and dull. I don't get a lot of pain on my right side abdomen, usually the middle or left. People say I'm scaring myself with things that may be absolutely normal. I mean, I think they're right, I just can't stop all of these thoughts. My doctor told me I seem pretty healthy but that was what..4 months ago? What if an illness can suddenly all happen in 4 months. I'm 12, I don't want to have to worry about my health, well, worrying about you're health is good but probably not like this. To make matters worse, I have family history of liver disease, 99% of them due to excessive drinking. I also have family history of IBS. And my mom suffered from moderate depression and OCD when she was younger. I'm not sure about cancer, but I know there are GI disorders. Help? I know none on this website can diagnosis me but please, some opinions?

That was a lot of information to take in, but from what I read it sounds like IBS and Anxiety to me, they go hand in hand and fuel off each other.
As for your liver and gallbladder from experience 2 tests can be done, possibly 3, to ensure everything is ok and they are working well. The two I am aware of are a liver function blood test, and an upper abdominal ultrasound scan, you should request these tests with your doctor. The third, which I’m not sure would be of help would be a faecal elastase / calprotectin tests. Elastase test primarily checks pancreas function, but could highlight other possibilities, Calprotectin checks for Inflammation in our digestive system. If both of these tests came back fine you would most probably be diagnosed with IBS.
Your Google syndrome is a product of your Anxiety, if you weren’t anxious about it, you wouldn’t google it. You sound like you might benefit from some counselling / CBT to try and get your anxiety under control, however you might find that if you get the tests I’ve mentioned underway, and they come back clear, that could well ease a lot of your anxiety. Either way a trip to the doctor to discuss your options would be the first step to take.
All the best for the future

I went to the doctor about every 4 months last year! Well, last "checkup" thing was beginning of Feb. Everything always come back fine! But the last time I went was just 4 weeks ago, my stress got too much, chest pains and headaches, even diarrhea for the whole week! My parents and my doctor are planning for CBT, see if it would help. My doctor is also thinking about IBS...I'm like really frustrated right now

To get rid of your anxiety, stop googling your symptoms. This wiill really help you. Speak to your doctor who will reassure you and give you a diagnosis and treatment.
A lot of computing can cause muscle strains, poor posture and eye strain. Reduce your computing to see if that helps your shoulder pain.
Remember, your family history of liver disease has been caused by excessive drinking in the main as you say, so I would imagine this does not apply to you if you are not drinking because you are too young to do this. A family history of IBS will make it more likely for you to develop IBS. A family history of anxiety and depression will also make you make you more susceptible to mental health problems. So IBS and anxiety is the more logical explanation here.
What stands out for me from your post, is your extreme anxiety. Try concentrating on your hobbies and this will take your mind off your symptoms. Try a food diary to identify food triggers. My IBS was triggered by six months of non stop stress. The last straw for me was a severe injury from a blood test. Three months after this incident, my IBS began. So IBS can come on very quickly. Symptoms vary from person to person.

I went to the doctors not long ago, they did some tests and asked questions and looked a thing medical history, Apparently, I'm fine and everything Im getting is created by my "little gut" also known as brain because of stress. My parents limited my time with the computer and also made me sit in a better position, so far my shoulder haven't been bothering me. So if I have family history of liver disease that is due to drinking, it wouldn't be genetic? I didn't know IBS can be genetic as well. I just learned today that my grandma has IBS too! My mom is currently talking to my doctor about CBT or something like that. I was stressed for over a year because of family problems and then suddenly I got extremely stressed and anxious over everything After a few months of of that, I started to experience IBS. And of course, I jumped to cancer. all types of cancer. My doctor even said that the "brain tumor" is a "tumor" made up of stress. At this point, everyone is annoyed with my health anxiety questions.

Go back to your doctor and ask about stress related IBS. Anxiety and IBS are strongly linked. I think anxiety and very probably IBS are much more likely to be your problem. CBT is your best option to treat your anxiety. If you get an IBS diagnosis, accept that diagnosis and believe and trust your doctor who has not found anything seriously wrong with you.

Yeah, maybe I should just believe what everyone is telling me: I'm fine. But I still can't help but worry...a lot.

I'm very glad they didn't have google when I was a kid just for this reason.
At 12 years old it's HIGHLY unlikely that you have any of the ailments you stress about. Some of these issues take many years to manifest and you are not old enough for them to have developed. My best recommendation is to talk to an adult that you trust. Get your routine check ups and trust your doctors. If you think you are worrying too much, talk to your parents about seeing someone that can help you.
You are so young and have so many wonderful things to look forward to, you should not have to be stressed like this:

I do checkups everywhere and just this year, since my anxiety started and all that, I went every 4 months! Everytime, I was reassured Im fine but I can't help but go back to the googling habits and start to worry again...

Keep in mind too that at your age there are a lot of hormonal changes going on so you are going to be experiencing some different things but I'm confident many are natural healthy changes. I wholeheartedly believe if you had a major illness the symptoms would be so severe there would be no doubt.
I agree that most of what you are probably experiencing is being brought on by stress.
Please talk to an adult you can trust so they can help you. You do not have to live in fear.

None of my symptoms severe, some of the most barely even being close to moderate. But it's all the symptoms combined that is making me stressed over this, over that. Is it weird that once I stop worrying about a certain illness, like completely over that fear, my "symptoms" of that illness gradually goes away, without me noticing until I think about it? Everything is so weird right now. I'm going to puberty and recently started my period! I feel like an emotional mess and my mental and possibly physical health is so unstable right now.
