Liver leisons

Advice appreciated...have been suffering from severve stomach pains...feeling sick, being sick, itchy skin for approx 18 months...with on and off abnormal LFT bloods. Recently been sent to specialist...after contrast CT scan have been told I have liver leisons but these are causing my symptoms??? Having done bit on research and reading although some suffer no symptoms others seem to be text book 'liver leisons' symptom and if they are causing these then surgery to remove is advised. Obviously don't want to contradict the doc...but currently down to one meal a day...and morphine to even be able to eat that. Any experience or advice appreciated
