Liver pain

Hi all. ive posted on here a few times regarding my gallbladder and my liver. im 42 and male from the uk.

firstly, im not an alcoholic. i love a drink as much as the next man or woman but maybe, ive drank too much at some point.

back in june 18, i experienced crushing pain i the center of my chest. just below the sturnum. it starts of slight then gathers momentum quite rapidly to a pain that is quite excruciating. its never to one side, its always in the center. ive had the ultrasound in july 18 which confirmed a fatty liver and a gallbladder full of stones and sludge. i drank nothing and lost 2 stone in weight from june to december due to exercise and complete diet change. in november 18 i had an mri which cleared any duct blockages so went to see the consultant who said my lft's were normal. i was satisfied with that. from jan 19 ive been getting dull back ache right in the liver area with twinges to my neck and shoulder. my stools have been brown but of a pale colouration. once a week though id get a normal brown coloured stool and they are all of perfect consistency through eating well. i have been drinking but only at weekends whereas i used to drink 7 days.

it worries me that from november confirming my lft's are ok to now ive got chronic dull liver pain. i can only assume its inflamed but im absolutely crapping myself in the fact ive really done serious damage to myself and my liver is permanently damaged. i dont feel ill. occasionally i feel sick. ive still an appetite and other than my pain in my liver area, i feel ok. its making me very worried. has anyone been in a similar situation regarding this pain in my right side. it feels bruised to touch. i cant see it being the gallbladder if im honest. ive been back to the specialist who has put me in for an urgent ct scan. the fact that liver issues go symptom free until its too late is scaring me. help. chris.
