liver pain has become worse

I had increasing poor health over the past 4 months, passing blood, sharp pains in liver, and stomach
I had a large polyp removed 2 months ago, which at first seemed to calm pains down, but now my liver pain has got really bad,
has gone from occasional pain in liver to now pretty much constant pain, from dull throbbing pain to sharp and acute stabbing pains
I had CT scan last November, where the lump in colon was discovered,
I now am returning to new liver specialist next week,
I have bad reflux pains, symptoms,
an endoscopy showed hiatus hernia, albeit a small one (doctors words)
I find if I try to stick to strict low fat foods, my symptoms do seem to reduce slightly,
I was wondering if my liver is not producing enough bile, and I have bile reflux ?
ultrasound showed liver to still be fatty, pale, and liver enzymes elevated
am so worried about the increase in liver pains, reflux.

It could be a number of things but that hernia with reflux will make the pain far worse, when you see the specialist ask for some lanzoprazole or omeprazole even try to get An early appointment with your GP to ask for some it will help, try to avoid paracetamol or codeine or brufen as all of these have an impact on your liver and can cause constipation which is bad because that's how your liver gets rid of toxins in your body. Mainly stay of alcohol and be really honest with your specialist, they may send you for blood tests to check liver function, having said all that try your best not to worry but make that early appointment with the GP.
Sorry I cant help further but its the specialist is the best person for answers. I wish you all the good luck and feel free to ask anything else about it and if I can help I will do.

guess I can speculate all I like, have to wait until I see specialist
is just so concerning how quickly the pain has increased, and is now many times per day

Can't really add anything to what's been said, can sense your worry. Just want to wish you the best for next week when you see the specialist.
