Liver problems with Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency

I had a three year period of intermittent elevated LFTs that coincided with periodic nausea and vomiting. During the same time the fatigue I experienced became really bad leading to periods of disability. I had multiple CAT scans, endoscopies, a colonscopy, MRIs etc. but they found nothing. I developed hypoglycemia without diabetesthat became quite severe. During routine tests run by my endocrinologist he became quite concerned about my abnormal LFT history & referred me back to my gastroenterologist for a liver study. I was diagnosed with Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency PiSZ phenotype. I was referred to a hepatologist and now have to have yearly Fibroscans to check for cirrhosis of the liver. What I'd like to know is if anyone else experiences fatigue, weakness, itching, periodic nausea & vomiting and also has been diagnosed with Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency? Also if anyone else has developed hypoglycemia. The doctors don't think the hypoglycemia is related but the liver controls the release of glucagon when blood sugar levels fall so I'm unconvinced. So far this has been a pretty lonely experience and I've only met one person online who was even diagnosed with AATD. My lungs are largely unaffected by AATD except for asthma which is well controlled. If you have liver issues with AATD I'd love to hear from you.
