I'm sorry you are going through this. I was diagnosed about 6 months ago but so far only have the sore muscles joints and stiffness. I try and eat very healthy and exercise everyday even though I have to push my self but once I finish my work out I feel and can move much better. I just started cymbalta but so far I don't see any improvement I'm going to give it 3 months.

Was at my lowest point last week. Started cutting out coffee sweeters and breads and pasta. Tiredness and pain subsided a bit. Even if it's in my head. Feel lot better
