So a wee update...I've googled the 'Thomas recipe' and I've ordered everything that's supposed to be needed to help tapering off cocodomol. I've already started yesterday...taking 3 cocodomol yesterday instead of 8....I'm praying this works for me! Will keep yous all updated and thanks to everyone who answered my questions and once again thank goodness I found this forum! I really can't understand why doc's don't tell us the effects of coming off these tablets and why there's no warning on labels not to stop taking without docs advice. I've been on these awful things for 10 year's+ gradually increasing to at my worst 12 30/500 CC a day! Wish my luck! Will keep yous all updated!

    How did it go? I see you posted this a while back, this is something I'm starting today. Wondering how it went for you.

      It didn't go well at all....I done it for a day and then gave in. That's why I'm going cold turkey on Monday sad
