Localized calf pain that disappeared after a few hours, cause for concern?

Hello, wanted to get some opinions from others who have suffered from a DVT / PE. Of course I will likely follow up with my doctor.

A year ago I had a blood clot in my left leg shortly after a surgery. The clot led to a DVT / PE. After 4 days in the hospital, lots of belly shots and Eliquis, I have been fine for over a year and do not take any meds.

I was recently sick and laid in bed for several days, but yesterday I was up and about again. In the afternoon I noticed a localized pain in my left calf, not the whole calf, just a little circular area. by later that night the pain disappeared and today there is no pain at all. Has that happened to any of you and if so what was the outcome, nothing to worry about or it was a clot?

it went away so quickly and I have no other symptoms. Thanks!

Hi! I have had dvt for around 15 years and if something happens and you think it could be a blood clot always always check it out. You never know.
