Lockdown aches and pains in legs

Hi all

I wasnt really sure where to post this but just wanted to enquire if anybody out there is suffering with leg cramps and tightness in lockdown.

Since working from home my legs ache soooo much i have been trying to get out for walks every other day but im still suffering from leg cramps on the days in between.

I just wondered if anybody else was suffering or is it just me??
