Long Herpes Primary Outbreak?

August 5th of this year had a sexual encounter with a female. 24 hours after had tingling/burning parallel on both sides of thigh followed by whitish/yellow blisters. Healed somewhat than still remain vaguely October 14th. These are only on hair follicles and are all separate. 4 days after encounter had groin pain on the right side and has been off an on ever since. A small round coin spot on butt was also noticed 5 days after, just red and still remains. August 20th noticed small white spots on upper lip inside and out. The white spots still remain and have not changed to this day. A sore throat feeling has come and gone and have small red spots on upper palate with gums being white near the back. Purple spot has formed on the upper lip also at beginning of October. More genital spots have formed on right side of testicles with white heads. All sores are painless. Was tested in August came back negative. Need to get seen again. I know diagnosis can't be made by symptoms alone but any input would be appreciated. The groin pain, sores not fully disappearing on thighs and fever blisters not following through has me concerned. I'm in a secluded area and am returning home in a week to get fully checked out. I know I'm all over the place with symptoms but input is appreciated.

It does not necessarily sound like herpes. You have many random and/or unchanging symptoms that are not characteristic.

Any thoughts of what it could be. Also coffee and alcohol cause groin pain to return and or be more tender.

By all means test to rule out herpes, but since you have mainly follicular involvement, tiny white dots and random oral symptoms, I wouldn't be surprised that it's not herpes, but possibly a fungal infection or other issue. Can't really guess what else it might be specifically, besides possibly fungal.
