Long Pr Interval, low blood pressure and tachycardia.

I am hoping someone can help with a bit of advice on managing my condition until the cardiology clinic get around to seeing me. I am a 63 year old female of normal weight who does a lot of exercise, at least an hour a day, mainly karate but also running, swimming and cycling. I have had trouble with SVT before and last May (2019) had an ablation, which worked wonders - until now. Tachycardia has returned and the GP has diagnosed low blood pressure and long Pr interval. I can't revert the tachycardia no matter what I do. GP put me on Metolprolol but only on a very small dose (23.75 mg) as it lowers blood pressure and I already have low BP. Anyway, the Metolprolol doesn't seem to be working very well. Under normal conditions my resting heart rate is 58 bpm. Currently it is about 100 even with the Metolprolol. I am trying taking my daily dose at different times of the day and night to see if that makes a difference, and also doubling the dose.
The problem is that it is not controlling my tachycardia. I realise I can't do any real exercise until I get this sorted out, but when I can't even go for a walk without my heart racing up to 160 bpm or higher it causes significant disruption to my lifestyle and sanity. If I could find a way to control the tachycardia so I could go for a gentle walk once or twice a day that would be great. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I tried cycling yesterday, not as exercise but to commute a very short distance and I shot up to 210 bpm before I got out onto the street, so I had to abandon that plan. I'm also having trouble sleeping, probably because of pent-up energy that I can't dissipate with exercise.
Does anyone have any ideas that would help me manage this so I can reliably do a wee bit of exercise daily? Does anyone have any experience with the same combination of symptoms?
